Bloodyrn – (city) [BLOOD-iron] Name derived from a passage (Glaervarilë 46) in the Word of Ellendra text. “Thus, on top of the very blood and iron that was sacrificed that day, the Gods erected a great fortress for man.” Looking down on the city from the sky, one would see a perfectly circular inner wall enclosing a large park (called the Circle Park), followed by a second outer wall. In between the two rings of red brick wall exists a space built to house a 500,000-person city (called the Inner City), with a main palace and temple on the northern edge of the ring and the Fist of the Sun barracks on the south end of the ring. An enormously wide causeway connects the barracks to the Circle Park. Since the Breaking of the North, the city’s population has swelled to 1,000,000, with half of them living outside the outer wall in a sprawling, man-made extension of the city, referred to as the Outer City. In the center of the park at the center of the city is an indestructible, legendary, and dormant Gate of Evil.
Bloodyrn – (kingdom) [BLOOD-iron] The land, ruled by the Bloodyrn king, that surrounds the Bloodyrn capital city. The western border of the kingdom is always in contention with the neighbouring Andúna Erundor kingdom due to the highly fertile land found there that is desired by both kingdoms.
