Dwarves – A long-lived race of stout human-looking people who prefer to live underground and particularly enjoy mining. Most dwarves live in the kingdom of Casarindor that is just south of Ulcimlad on the continent of Harad. Due to their long lives their grandmaster’s skills and knowledge far outweigh that of human grandmasters. There is a movement within the dwarven race to “forget” that humans were critical in closing the Gates of Evil and defeating the Drow. Most dwarves do not want to admit that their continued existence is owed in large part to humans. Dwarves from Casarindor are known to wear dark purple (eggplant).
